Because they hire photographers who shoot for places like Architectural Digest, Veranda, Luxe and other fine national shelter magazines. That’s Ira Montgomery, one of the best shelter spread photographers in the country, shooting Brian Crawford’s listing at the Ritz Tower I. Ira shot a lot for DHome before budget cuts, and he also shot my home for HOME Magazine which is, unfortunately, no longer in print. (Sigh.)
